Obama Orders Racist Disciplinary Practices in Public Schools
In 2008, then presidential candidate Obama ran on a platform of bringing Americans together and excising racist and unfair practices. His administration has done nothing but fuel even more divisions along racial, socio-economic, religious and ideological lines.
On July 26, Obama signed an executive order that establishes government oversight of public school disciplinary actions that sets a new bar for racist practices.

President Barack Obama is backing a controversial campaign by progressives to regulate schools’ disciplinary actions so that members of major racial and ethnic groups are penalized at equal rates, regardless of individuals’ behavior.
His July 26 executive order established a government panel to promote “a positive school climate that does not rely on methods that result in disparate use of disciplinary tools.”…
“What this means is that whites and Asians will get suspended for things that blacks don’t get suspended for,” because school officials will try to level punishments despite groups’ different infraction rates, predicted Hans Bader, a counsel at the Competitive Enterprise Institute. Bader is a former official in the Education Department’s Office for Civil Rights, and has sued and represented school districts and colleges in civil-rights cases.
“It is too bad that the president has chosen to set up a new bureaucracy with a focus on one particular racial group, to the exclusion of all others,” said Roger Clegg, the president of the Center for Equal Opportunity.

The student handbook for our local school district very clearly states the disciplinary actions for every type of infraction, from absenteeism to possession of weapons. The ethnicity of students is not and should never be factor.
But if school officials wish to operate within Obama’s new standards, race must be a factor.
Does this mean if a school suspends three Black students for fighting they must ensure that three other students—White, Hispanic, Asian–are also suspended even if the infractions are not serious enough to warrant it? Or does it mean that Black students will just get a break and not be disciplined when they do break the rules?
What is this new executive order teaching our children? Who does it help?
Certainly not our children, no matter what ethnic group they belong to.
The only person this racist executive order could possibly help is President Obama on November 6 as he is once again, using and abusing Black support to try and win re-election.
I pray everyone sees through the charade.

I have tried to steer clear of racism topics, however, this is over the top! This election is too important not to call a spade a spade.
The public school system is already a mess with the nazi-type “zero tolerance” policies and lazy administrators who have a tendency to call in the cops vs. handling things in-house when it is not warranted. Now, our prez is giving his stamp of approval for practicing racism.

And everyday Obama seems bent on giving Americans a new reason NOT to vote for him. He is his own worst enemy. I guess we should be thankful.

It’s more of the attempt to stamp out indiviuality in favor of the collective, is it racist, sure, is it ineffective and counterproductive, or course it is.
More and more I think the plan is to destroy the exceptionality of America and turn it into another Somalia. To turn the phrase on its head: “A lowering tide grounds all boats.”

Good point. Racism is only one of the problems with this executive order. God forbid that students’ discipline be decided case-by-case. (Which is not the case, even before this order. We’ve gone from bad to worse).
This is very simple. It’s the old Soviet ideology of divide and conquer. Keep the people at each others throats. Keep them from uniting and trusting one another. Do that and the masses never get it together enough to challenge your regime and you maintain power unopposed! Lenin knew that, Saul Alinksy taught that, and Barack Obama knows that. This is a president who is fluent in double speak. He says one thing and does the opposite and people still believe this man. Amazing!

You’re exactly right. This is what I don’t understand….why would more moderate Democrats or independents vote for someone like this? They know this man is dividing the country. Who wants a president that only does not lead us, but also pits us against one another. I get that there are people who share his views, but there are many in the Democrat party who would never agree with these things, yet continue to support this man. Just willful ignorance? I don’t even claim to understand it.
I feel sorry for black people. America finally elects its firtst black President and it turns out to be Barack Obama; a Marxist and a racist. He wears his blackness as a badge that he can shove in whitey’s face. He was paying attention when he attended Jeramia Wright’s church.

In 2008 before and after the election, many of the people in my community asked me why I would not vote for Obama and I responded that as much as I would love to see a Black president, Obama was in a word not a “true Black American” meaning that his roots were not embedded in America.
I went on to explain that Democrats had something up their sleeves and was only using Obama as a cover wherein the race card would be thrown out there every time someone objects.
Reminding them of the Left’s racist past, I was very uncomfortable with the fact that the Left chose (i) the dirtiest politician in these United States regardless of his ethnicity and (ii) a “Kenyan.”
Mind you when Obama’s name first surfaced as a potential candidate for the 2008 elections, there were thousands if not millions of Black Americans who felt the way I did as mentioned in the last paragraph. In fact, they were downright insulted at this turnabout but unlike myself, they sold their conscience and their souls for skin color.
Lastly, I forewarned those who questioned my allegiance to the Black community (yes allegiance) that Obama would be such a freaking nightmare that it would be darned near another century before Americans found themselves comfortable with a Black president.
Now that last paragraph lost me friends and family members but I continue stand by my words as Obama has proven me right.
As far as the allegiance part, my allegiance is to God, country and my family.
I agree with you. He’s doing such a disservice to the black community. He used them to get into office, and has done nothing but hurt them ever since.

It was bad enough when little leagues starting handing out trophies to everyone so that all felt like winners. Now we’ll make them all feel like losers.

Illinois has high black suspension rates, Cook County even hire. One school specifically cited: Thornton Township High School – see table 4D on page 32.
Thorton Township HS is 91% black, 7% latino, 1% Asian, <1% White. It's teachers are black, it's administration is black, the town is black.
How can an all black situation be justified as an example for why White chidren should be suspended more often. If anything, Thornton is an example of extreme black dysfunction.
The author is cherry-picking stats that write his narrative, and he doesn't even do a very good job at it. And after the last Executive Order stunt, it wouldn't surprise me if the authors of this paper didn't hand deliver it to Obama and then spent some quality time under Obama's desk white he perused it.

Good post Freedom. I have been meaning to do a post on the subject but great minds thinking alike, you have said it all.
Obama has done this nation a huge injustice. Unfortunately, for us, it is another assault on our liberties, our freedom and our well-being from the malignant narcissist himself.
Having grown up in a high-crime community where Black on Black crime was rampant, I honestly feel that Obama may be putting the final nails in the coffin, so to speak.
The underlying problem is not giving young “Black” thugs a pass. The problem is that many come from troubled/broken homes where there is no structure, no disciple and no one gives a damn.
Rather than take those issues on, Progressives from Obama down has decided to pander to those in the Black community who aren’t even paying them a damned bit of attention except when it comes time for them to “get over” aka “run a game” on the man, those folks who suffer from “white guilt” and the sytem.
These people are not going to put their thuggish lifestyle to the side Election Day to vote for Obama but they won’t think twice to wreak further havoc on the Black community who if they accept this b.s., deserves everything that comes their way.
I know my assessment may seem a bit harsh but I’m tired of the excuses and the blame game. It is long past time that people start being held accountable for their choices and that the Black community calls out Progressives and their Black overseers in their role of plantation politics.

You’re right, bydesign, few want to admit that the crime rate and discipline problems in our schools in the Black community are a direct result of the breakdown of the Black family unit.When you invite government to intervene, you are basically giving them control and since government can do very little well when it comes to social issues it creates a big bureacratic mess that hurts more people than it helps.

I had not heard about this either. I’m enraged. First of all, he has no business getting involved in this issue. Second, he’s discriminating against all other groups in order to give a pass to the worst behaved group. Third, this will not fix anything. It will only embolden those doing wrong to continue doing so, or even act worse, because they know they’ll get away with it. Obama is trying to guarantee equal outcomes for all, and it just doesn’t work. Period. He must be stopped!!
“Equal outcomes for all” can never be a reality in this world because some group of people must decide what is equal and what is the appropriate outcome and there is absolutely no person on Earth with that capability. But they keep trying, from the UN to the separate governments.
Ugh…I’m just so disgusted right now. I’m truly overwhelmed by the destruction this man has done to our country in such a short period of time. And I’m overwhelmed by how many people still support him. It truly boggles my mind. How do you not see what this man is doing to us? He cannot win re-election. We are doomed if he does. What amazes me is Obama thinks Executive Orders are the same as Imperial Dictates and NO ONE challenges him on any of them! Congress doesn’t pass the bills he wants so he issues an EO. The courts don’t do what he wants so he signs yet another EO! And they called Nixon the imperial president? LMAO he was nothing compared to Obamy!
The abuse of Executive Orders by not only Obama but most previous presidents is an issue that congress and the courts need to deal with it. It is a threat to our constitution…but no one seems to care that we are letting one branch of the government rot our rule of law from the inside.
